Services data (“Services Data”) is data that a) has been provided by you to Data Profits to be processed in connection with our Services, or b) has been generated by iKIS Services based on our SaaS Service processing— (ex. output from iKIS like a forecast / reordering PO etc, it is NEW data generated by DP to fulfill the Order based on Customer data), or c) you are allowed access to in connection with our Services, such as data accessed through our SaaS platform, communication and or reporting services as configured by platform settings–Meaning? (ex. Alerts, reports, communication / discussions etc ) or data accessed through development, test, and production settings. Data Profits treats Services Data in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in our SaaS Agreement and your Order
How Data Profits Collects and Utilizes Services Data
Below are the conditions under which Data Profits may access, collect and/or use Services Data.
To Provide Services and to Fix Issues. Services Data may be accessed and used by Data Profits to fulfill the requirements of, or audit your compliance with terms specified in, the Data Profits’ SaaS agreement or your Order. Data Profits’ support staff may require regular access to Services Data to monitor system performance, test systems, and develop and implement upgrades to systems. Any copies of Services Data created for these purposes are only maintained for time periods relevant to those purposes.
As a Result of Legal Requirements. Data Profits may be required to retain or provide access to Services Data to comply with legally mandated reporting, disclosure or other legal process requirements.
Data Profits will not use Services Data except as stated above, or in our SaaS Agreement, or as specified in your Order. If you provide any Services Data to Data Profits, you are responsible for providing any notices and/or obtaining any rights or
consents necessary for Data Profits to access, use, retain and transfer Services Data as specified in this policy and your Order.
